I ordered the keychain and received the magnet
They issued a refund for the keychain but ignored my request to resend the correct item. I noted it was supposed to be a gift but they ignored my last message. No apologies either.
This is frustrating because with international shipping, a refund doesn’t actually make things right—I would have to place a new order and pay shipping again for their mistake.
I wouldn't even trust to order from them again because if they make a similar mistake I would still not get the item and I would be out on shipping. Would not recommend if you care about receiving what you ordered.
Negative comments. Probably the longest I've had to wait for an online order. Over two months from order to delivery and about six weeks from order to dispatch. Maybe they didn't have something from my order in stock, all I got from the customer service email was reassurance that they were processing my order when I enquired what was happening. I was also given the wrong tracking details after a month of waiting, that package was headed for Germany! Also the tracking only works until it leaves Spain or Portugal after that you just have to wait and see.
Positives, the fish are delicious, the items come well packaged. Everything was of exceptional quality.
If you want to try some top quality tinned fish then give them a try just be prepared to wait or find a local stockist.
The magnet is exactly what I was hoping for and made a great gift for my tinned dish-obsessed partner :)
