The NURI Reserva Collection is the result of our centenary testament to the art of slow maturation. Each sardine in this collection has been carefully selected and matured over several years to ensure that it reaches the peak of flavor.
The journey begins with the NURI Reserva 2019, with its 5 years of aging, offering a depth of unparalleled flavor. It then follows to NURI Reserva 2020, with 4 years of careful aging, bringing a balance of maturity with a touch of freshness. The experience ends with NURI Reserva 2021, now being launched after 3 years of maturing, adding a youthful vibrancy to the collection.
Every NURI Reserva is aged for at least 3 years, ensuring a rich and refined taste in every bite.

It all starts with fresh, locally sourced sardines, caught off the Portuguese coast. Our sardines are then hand-packed in our iconic tins, following the same methods that have been used for generations. Each tin is blended in good quality olive oil to enrich your experience once you open it.
But the true magic happens during the maturation process. Unlike typical canned sardines, which are ready for consumption soon after packing, the sardines in the NURI Reserva Collection are left to mature over several years. During this time, the flavors deepen and become more complex, resulting in a product that is rich, nuanced, and truly exceptional.
